Capable of sometimes rowing up to 125 meters to her rivals, she won the 1926, 1927 and 1928 American Prizes, finishing 2nd again in 1930, the year she turned 10 when she retired from the competition.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4> <strong> Roqu\u00e9pine: <\/strong> <\/h4>\n<p>40 years after <strong> Urania <\/strong>, a fantastic mare dominated her undivided era. With a great power and an exceptional footwork, <strong> Roqu\u00e9pine <\/strong> made Henri Levesque&#8217;s colors shine on all the tracks of the world, including USA where she was elected best mare of age, a feat for a Frenchwoman. She won the Prix d&#8217;Am\u00e9rique 1966, 1967 and 1968, giving her driver Jean-Ren\u00e9 Gougeon the first of his 8 victories in the event, before becoming the mother of <strong> Florestan <\/strong> and of <strong> Granite <\/strong>, stallions who then brilliantly passed on his class out of the ordinary.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4> <strong> Bellino II: <\/strong> <\/h4>\n<p>This extraordinary horse born in Savoy, nicknamed the Compressor Roller for the way he crushed his opponents, has a unique track record in both harness and mounted disciplines. In addition to all the groups I under the saddle and most of its harnessed counterparts, <strong> Bellino II <\/strong> shone the coat of its breeder owner Maurice Macheret by winning the 1975, 1976 and 1977 American Prizes, becoming an absolute star, invited even on the set of the newspaper of 13h TF1.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4> <strong> Ourasi: <\/strong> <\/h4>\n<p>The integral icon of the French Trot whose statue sits at Vincennes Hippodrome de Paris, its garden. Early, <strong> Ourasi <\/strong> emerged in the Crit\u00e9rium des Jeunes, then in the 5 years old before running until the age of 10 years. Nonchalant, almost lazy hence his nickname &#8220;King Slacker&#8221;, he knew what he had to do in a course, telling his famous driver Jean-Rene Gougeon: &#8220;<em> I did not think intelligent horses. <strong> Ourasi <\/strong> made me change my mind. <\/em> &#8220;The phenomenon won 3 consecutive American Awards in 1986, 1987 and 1988, ranking 3rd in 1989 because it was urinating before the race, then resumed his scepter in 1990 to become the only trotter 4 times winner of the Prix d&#8217;Am\u00e9rique.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nFun fact: the years 6, 7 and 8 are very favorable for triplets since <strong> Uranie<\/strong>, <strong> Roqu\u00e9pine <\/strong> and <strong> Ourasi <\/strong> have become essential during these years. there, <strong> Bellino II <\/strong>, reached by the age limit, not having the right to run in 1978.
