The sixth and final qualifying race for the Finals of the Prix d’Amérique Races ZEturf competition will take place on Sunday January 16 at the Paris-Vincennes Hippodrome. The Prix d’Amerique Races ZEturf Qualif # 6 – Prix de Belgique will give three final sesame to the first three. They will then be able to participate in the Prix d’Amerique Legend Races, Prix de France Speed Race and Prix de Paris Marathon Race. The entry list has been revealed.
With two weeks before the Prix d’Amerique Legend Race, the names of all the horses that have qualified in the six qualifying races will be known on Sunday evening. The last three places should once again generate a lot of covetousness when reading the entries which includes 31 names on Monday at midday. Horses like Diable de Vauvert, Detroit Castelets and Violetto Jet for example will try to seize this last opportunity.
Jean-Michel Bazire is the most represented trainer with five horses that are part of this list which also includes Feydeau Seven, winner Sunday at Paris-Vincennes. Unlike this one, the names of the drivers are mentioned for his four other residents who are Davidson du Pont (Nicolas Bazire-our photo), Zacon Gio (Alexandre Abrivard), Rebella Matters (Christophe Martens) and Ganay de Banville (Jean- Michel Bazire). The first mentioned is none other than the winner of this Qualif # 6 last year where he was ahead of Délia du Pommereux (review the race) who will also be present and who, like him, was at fault in Quailf # 5 – Prix de Bourgogne. Having made a very satisfactory comeback after an eight-month absence in Qualif # 5 won by Cokstile, who is also among the riders, Gu d’Héripré should also be at the start. The list of final starters will be communicated on Thursday at midday.
