Yet the youngest in the peloton, Face Time Bourbon won the Grand Prix d’Amérique 2020, ahead of Davidson du Pont and Belina Josselyn.

The Grand Prix d’Amérique, in front of a large crowd, kept all its promises. The event was again spectacular with an uncertain outcome until the end. A fine tactician, Björn Goop, driver of Face Time Bourbon, chose to place himself behind Davidson du Pont, the favorite. The Swedish waited until the middle of the straight line to leave his wake and beat him easily. Face Time Bourbon, just 5 years old, took away his 14th Group race and his 6th Group I. The future belongs to him. He offers Björn Goop his second trophy in the World Championship in harnessed trotting and Sébastien Guarato, his trainer, his third.

Two of Jean-Michel Bazire’s three boarders complete the podium, Davidson du Pont and Belina Josselyn winner in 2019. The three favorites from the public took the first three places.
